Sales Assistant Citees Roma - Via Del Corso - 20H

Citees is a brand specialized in T-shirts, recognized for its original designs. It opened its first store in 2017 and already has more than 75 stores in major cities across Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands.

Since its inception, Citees has been committed to creativity and collaboration with independent artists from all around the world, offering high-quality garments from the Pampling and Wituka brands at competitive prices. The company is currently in an expansion phase and has consolidated itself as one of the leading brands in its sector.

Citees is looking to add a part-time profile for 20 hours per week on a rotating shift schedule at our store in Rome - Via Del Corso, with a start date of May 26, initially for a duration of 4 months. Experience in customer service, a good level of English, and the possibility of immediate incorporation are required.

Your mission will be to represent the brand's image and values at the forefront of the business. You will be responsible for the entire direct sales process in the store and for providing excellent customer care.

By taking on the following responsibilities from day one, your contribution will be remarkable:

• Assisting customers throughout the sales process; advising and providing information on models and sizes, resolving issues, handling cashier duties, etc.
• Providing operational support in inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse organization.
• Maintaining the store’s visual presentation, ensuring it is always in order and aligned with the brand’s values.
• As the visible face of Citees, you will be responsible for conveying our values of youthful spirit, creativity, and commitment to the environment during the sales process.
• Providing excellent customer service, understanding their needs, resolving issues, and analyzing user preferences and requirements.
• Familiarizing yourself with the catalog, brand identity, garment materials, sizes, shipping times, and operational procedures.
